Ways to reduce weight - Tips helpful and beneficial


To increase weight is so easy but to reduce is quite difficult and its very difficult to maintain as well.
We need to maintain our diet regularly and with exercise we can reduce it to great extent.

Some tips and ways to reduce weight

- Boil 1 tsp of cumin seeds in one glass of water and reduce it to half. Stain and add one spoon of  honey to it. Drink it with empty stomach.
- Avoid Chapati and Rice. Instead you can have broken wheat (dalia), Jwar etc
- Have lots of vegetables and fruits with less sugar contents.
- Drink warm water instead of normal water, drink atleast 2 litres of water daily.
- Drink lemon juice with warm water with honey in it, better to have it in empty stomach.
- Avoid having junk food, aerated drinks and outside food.
- Have low carbohydrate and high protein diet.
- Drink water half hour before meals and avoid having with meals.
- Avoid heavy food at night and have your dinner before 7pm.
- Prepare a juice with bottlegourd, spinach, carrot, tomato. Add lemon and little salt to it. It will be tasty and healthy as well.
- Add more salads in your diet.
- Consume less salt and avoid sugar in your diet.
- Take small meals at regular intervals instead of heavy meals at one time.
- To avoid snacks from outside, you can carry small boxes with healthy items like cucumber, dry fruits , peanuts etc.
- Have green tea 2-3 times a day and instead of sugar you can add honey to it. It will reduce weight and also do cleansing of your body.
- Before having food - you can have raw carrot, cucumber, beetroot and tomato. So that your hunger will reduce and this will avoid having extra food.
- Do regular exercise and if not possible in morning then you can do it in the evening.
- Walking is a good substitute of exercise.

Follow these tips and you will find difference in few weeks.
