Easy steps to prepare a delicious and amazing dry Mushroom Manchurian recipe with less effort


Mushroom is rich source of Vitamin B2 , B3 and Vitamin D. It is high in Iron and anti-oxidants but low in calories. It improves immunity and also a good source of selenium. Also, it has good property of anti-cancer and stress relieving. Additionally, it is rich source of protein and hence good for kids also.

Lets make a tasty recipe of Mushroom.

Steps for preparing dry Mushroom manchurian


Ingredients


For Batter-
  • All purpose flour (maida) - 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

For Saute-
  • White button Mushroom - 200 gms
  • Small onion(finely chopped) - 1
  • Spring onion -  2 tsp
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli(finely chopped) - 1
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil

Method to prepare Mushroom Manchurian


  • Wash and clean Mushroom and cut it into medium pieces
  • In a bowl- Mix maida, cornflour, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder and water.   Make a medium thick batter and mix properly.
  • Heat oil for deep frying(can shallow fry for health reasons).
  • Dip Mushroom pieces in batter and fry them till golden brown. Keep them aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan on high flame. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and onion. Saute for few minutes.
  • Add capsicum and salt . Stir fry on medium flame for few minutes.
  • Add Soya sauce , chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  • Add fried mushroom to it and mix well so that sauce coats the mushroom properly.
  • Add spring onions and ready to serve.
