Steps to prepare Potato Cutlet
Ingredients
Potatoes - 5 Medium SizedBread Slices - 5
Green Chillies (Finely Chopped) - 2
Green Coriander - 1/4 bowl
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder(Amchur) - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Recipe
- Boil the potatoes slightly less than completely boiled(so that it doesn't get mashed while grating).- Grate the potatoes in a bowl. Cut the corners of the bread slices.
- Take water in a broad vessel, Soak bread in it and take it out immediately.
- Drain the water by pressing with your palms and add it to the bowl of potatoes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form the shape of cutlets and deep fry them till golden colour.
- Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
Tip - You can stuff cheese in between the cutlet.
