Fruits an essential part and highly nutritious having uncountable benefits for everyone


Today as we see our routine is so hectic that we can't get time to take care of our health and daily nutrition intake. As we are not getting enough time to decide what we should have and what to avoid. Junk food, snacks, cold drinks, oily food has become the major part of our diet. Now as we are not aware but later they will have adverse effect on our body. Not only physically but it also has adverse effect on our mind that we don't even notice.

Rather we should include fruits in our diet, as they are life enhancing and full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, low in calories, full of soluble dietary fiber, lowers cholestrol and fat, prevents aging, controls hair fall, good for eyes and so many things.

Fruits and their benefits

Apple

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away" is known to all and it is true because of its benefits. As there are rich in anti-oxidants, contains phytonutrients and low in calorie.
It contains beta-carotene and vitamins C. Consumption of Vitamin C increases our immunity. Apple may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, heart diseases and also good for bone health.

Banana

Banana is full of energy , it is also cheapest and readily available all round the year. It contains good amount of health benefiting fiber anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins. It is good source of Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. It instantly replenishes energy and revitalizes the body. It reduces constipation problems. Also it reduces risk of heart disease because it is rich in potassium.

Orange

Orange is a citrus fruit, so it is an excellent source of Vitamin C. It increases immunity. Orange is low in calorie, contains no saturated fats and rich in dietary fiber. It is also a good source of Vitamin A and B-complex vitamins. It reduces high Blood pressure, controls cancer, good for heart health. Also, it is good for skin.

Watermelon

Watermelon is rich in water content, low in calories, rich in electrolytes, good source of Vitamin A. It is good for healthy vision and immunity. Also good for maintaining skin. It is good source of potassium that helps controlling blood pressure and heart disease.

Pineapple

Pineapple is rich in minerals, vitamins and is low in calories. It also contains soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. Pineapple helps in fighting against indigestion, arthritis and worm infestation. Consuming it regularly develops resistance, protect from lung and oral cavity cancer. It also improves eye health, reduces inflammation of joints and muscles. There are good results in consuming fruits and hence we need to increase the daily intake of fruits.
